When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone (optional) and message so the gardener can respond. Gardeners provide business details for their listing.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, to connect you with the gardener you chose.

Who we share it with

Enquiry details are shared only with the specific gardener you contacted. We use processors including Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email) and Stripe (gardener billing).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Gardeners can claim or request removal of their listing from their profile page.
